We propose to landowners a wide variety of land utilization plans to meet the needs of the time and region, including rental housing, lodging accommodation, as well as medical and nursing care facilities, in which we have years of experience. In doing so, we hope that the owners can have a sense of pride in their buildings that remain beloved by both people and the neighborhood for years to come. We provide comprehensive support, from building management and operations to business management assistance, with a focus on maintaining asset value over the long term.

Aiming to create a better society, we have promoted high-quality urban development projects nationwide, focusing on three pillars of the business: ready-built detached houses, condominiums, and mixed-use development. Furthermore, we propose different strategies relating to corporate real estate (CRE) and public real estate (PRE) to corporations and local governments, respectively, with the aim of unlocking the potential value of their real property and creating new value leading to solutions to social problems or higher profits.

In view of the fact that the housing renovation market is stable while the construction of newly-built housing has tended to decrease in Japan, and in order to respond to the housing policy of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, “Creation and promotion of good-quality housing stock,” we established the Stock Division in April 2020. We strive to expand our business through creative synergies among our group companies, Panasonic Home Renovation Co., Ltd., Panasonic Homes Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Panasonic Homes Rent Support Co., Ltd., with the ultimate goal of building lifelong relationships with our customers.

Since our entry into the Taiwanese housing market in 2010, we have accumulated experience in interior design work and construction work. We are now expanding our business to full-fledged urban development projects in cooperation with local developers. We offer Japanese-quality housing tailored to regional climates and lifestyles. Panasonic’s QAFL (Quality Air for Life) technology and WPC (Wall Pre-cast Concrete) construction method for the ASEAN region provide comfortable houses with stable quality.
